THE POSITION

Holiday Inn Express is seeking a talented Cook to join our kitchen department.

As a Cook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our guests, contributing to the dining experience we are renowned for.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and can handle the work that comes with a hotel with 438 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, busy breakfast, and a restaurant with 60 covers. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your day to day

• Prepare and cook restaurant meals and buffet dishes according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensuring food quality and complying with HACCP guidelines.

• Working with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

• Creative contribution to menu development and improvement.

What we need from you

• Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

• Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone.

• Guest-oriented and representative.

• Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus.

• Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
