What You Will Do :
The network engineer will be responsible for supporting the refresh of a the global network infrastructure for a federal client. This include the development, test, implementation, and deployment of configured network equipment. This position will also require coordination with on site support staff to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation of equipment on site.
What You Will Need :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
FIVE (5) OR more years of experience in the following areas: Internet Key Exchange V2 (IKEV2), Routing configuration in IPV4 and IPV6, Understanding of DNS, SMTP, NNTP, DHCP, Firewalls and VPN (IPSEC), Understanding of the technology behind routers, hubs, bridges, and switches, and/or Understanding of remote access servers and terminal servers
Exceptional customer service skills
Communications Skills - oral and written
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

CCENT Certification
Azure Fundamentals
Azure Solutions Architect
Previous Department of State Experience
