POSITION SUMMARY

Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, digital and print collaterals, signage, menus, electronic brochures and presentations. Collaborates with the team and the different business units to plan and execute internal photo and video shoots, and occasionally coordinate and supervise external photographers or videographers.

Graphic Design

• Develops various forms of creative design and marketing support.

• Creates and revises print and multimedia collateral to reflect the current brand guidelines

• Manages the look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions.

• Partners with Marketing Communications team and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design, conceptualization and solutions pertaining to deliverables.

• Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral.

• Maintains project files and archives.

Content Creation

• Executes various aspects of content creation including pre-production such as vendor sourcing, logistics planning and moodboards, production activities including photoshoot and or videoshoot, post-production aspects including digital retouching, image editing and layout.

Additional Responsibilities

• Monitors the progress of all projects. Provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or Operational team regarding ongoing projects and status updates.

• Performs other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

• Reply to enquiries and reviews on social media and other platforms

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
