Senior Associate - Transport Operations
Senior Associate – Corporate Services will be responsible for providing Transport Logistics to meet operations requirement across the company
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure 100 % Compliance parameter are met and safety & security of the employees availing employee transport facility
Handle risk and BCP situation management with minimum impact to associates and business
Improving satisfaction level of internal customers by close monitoring of the transportation service at the site
Plan, design & implement the transport operations as per the needs of the Business Units and ensure transport services are provided to employees as defined in the SLA
Manage the Transport team and ensure that the team is performing as per the expectations from client.
Implement Technology solutions being introduced and ensure its success by ensuring that the Team is following the process and verifying entry made in the system on a daily basis and monitor SLA matrix on daily basis.
Participate in the review of Transport operations and Review Monthly Information Deck
Provide MIS reports on pre-defined intervals to Business heads and relevant managers
Monitor the transport spend and Alert Management in case expenses are exceeding past trends
Ensuring the service provider complies with provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, provisions of RTO, Vehicle Insurance, Road Permit, Vehicle Permit, Driver Licenses, etc
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
