Extant Management Development Program Candidate

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, prefer a graduate business degree e.g., MBA or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions
• Interpersonal skills, collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite

The Role:

To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.**

Role and Responsibilities

• Candidate will rotate throughout various business functions with the intent of gaining valuable experience/exposure. Each of these rotations should be between 6-8 months and ultimately culminate at about the 18-20-month mark
• May work on productivity related activities within the organization
• Will take complex data and sometimes unrelated sets, analyze, collated, and interpret into business actions and initiatives
