Position Overview The Gap Closure Program Development Manager is responsible for providing analytical and project management support to the Associate Director and Senior Director of the Gap Closure Program. The role is primarily focused on the measurement, analysis and reporting of key business metrics and functions within the Gap Closure Program. In addition, this role will meaningfully contribute to project-based initiatives that will inform strategic business development and expansion, as well as critical team leadership team decision-making. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Support the efforts of the Gap Closure and Commercial teams as they execute strategic initiatives and make key decisions focused on the continued growth and development of the business. Conduct data analytics / performance measurement and presentation development for team leadership. Contribute to the active monitoring and measurement of business initiatives, marrying detailed analysis with big-picture critical thinking. Assist in the development of processes and standards for continuous assessment and improvement of our business capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with our business partners on other Exact Sciences teams (e.g. Sales, IT, Supply Chain) to successfully drive efficiencies and enhance growth trajectories. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
