Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter based in Lexington, Massachusetts. This role is within the healthcare industry, and the primary function is to manage the full cycle of recruitment processes for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to making final offers

• Identifying potential candidates using various sourcing strategies

• Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and progress

• Conducting initial screenings of applicants to assess their suitability

• Developing effective hiring strategies to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired profiles

• Coordinating interviews and facilitating decision-making processes

• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Executing recruitment for executive positions within the organization

• Monitoring industry trends and providing insights on market movement. Requirements • Must have proven experience in the role of a Recruiter or a similar HR role

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track Systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates

• Skilled in interviewing and screening applicants effectively

• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes

• Hands-on experience with Recruitment - Executive and Recruitment - Sourcing

• Strong knowledge of Hiring Processes, including job posting, applicant screening, and interview conducting

• Exceptional ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from initial discussions with candidates until their onboarding

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Must have a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field would be advantageous.
