Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Kennewick, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our accounts receivable records, including processing customer credit applications, managing customer credit accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. This role involves working onsite and requires proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform accounts receivable duties.

• Handle customer credit inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.

• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes.

• Manage billing functions, including the processing of checks and cash activity.

• Use skills in Collections and Commercial Collections to manage and resolve customer credit issues.

• Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze accounts receivable data.

• Ensure all accounts receivable duties are completed in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections is required

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven customer service skills
