In the heart of our hotel, you take care of the check-in & check-out of our guests You are the contact person for our guests and take care of their needs Nobody is perfect - therefore you handle complaint management Together with your team, you make all preparations for the day shift As an upsell expert, you reach your goals together with the team As a team player, you work closely with all hotel departments

You are a host/hostess with a passion and your heart beats for the hotel industry You want to grow with us and learn something new every day Wrong orders, special requests, or complex inquiries? You keep a cool head! You have completed training as a hotel specialist or have experience in a similar position Your communicative skills stand out - both in German and English
