Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate per diem Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care to patients & promoting overall wellness.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or injuries to improve mobility.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Compassionate and patient centered approach to care

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Current NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 8:00 4:00pm

• PD

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient's physical limitations & functional abilities

• Develop personalized treatment plan based on patient's individual needs & goals

• Monitor & adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate & timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes & treatment plans

• Stay current with developments in the field of physical Therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities
