Job Overview:

The Mental Health Worker supervises adolescents in the program and provides supportive counseling.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Unencumbered current drivers license

  • Clean drivers license record as determined by the employer and is also validated by the NJMVA

Preferred:

  • Experience in crisis management and with at-risk youth

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • BLS through the American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 8:00 4:00pm each day

  • Ability to work various flexible shifts

  • FT

Essential Functions:

  • Provides transportation

  • Prepares meals

  • Documents in shift log

  • Recreational activities with adolescents
