JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Sustain a data-based understanding of performance and KPIs and develop actions to unlock growth opportunities and mitigate risks at the MET PC level.

  • Support in delivering market share ambition through data-based insights.

  • Fully own and drive in-year BU P&L performance.

  • Achieve Right Pricing and Place through detailed analysis of SPI and TDP and the development of the right actions.

  • Translate BG ambitions into a localized BU strategy.

  • Define and implement local portfolio strategies, nurturing local jewels and brand activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to crack the Unilever premiumization model with a solid building block.

  • Lead Category NRM Deep Dives, utilizing the 5 Levers of NRM to come up with value-creating initiatives.

  • Lead NRM tool development/implementation along with global teams.

  • Lead NRM trainings to build the teams’ capabilities.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG or data analytics, FMCG consulting, or trade category management.

  • Sufficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Nielsen data, sales data, and financials.

  • Deep understanding and experience of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.

  • Experience in interpreting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest developments and advancements in data analysis methodologies and tools.

    Skills

  • Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytical power and data sensitivity.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in driving operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and Power BI.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
