Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our client's team. This role involves overseeing the organization’s technology operations, ensuring that IT systems and services align with business goals. The successful candidate will manage a team of IT professionals, develop and implement IT strategies, and ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Oversee daily operations of the IT department, ensuring timely and efficient support for all users.

• Manage IT budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and cost management.

• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.

• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure.

• Oversee the management of servers, networks, and communication systems.

• Ensure regular maintenance, updates, and backups of all IT systems.

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

• Monitor and respond to IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT sector.

• Proficiency in ITIL Processes and IT Operations is essential.

• Experience in Service Desk Management is required.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
