Licensed Esthetician: Part Time Positions

Ascend Fitness & Spa is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Esthetician to deliver spa treatments according to protocols and process rituals to provide the ultimate guest experience! Treatments include facials, waxing, skin treatments and body wraps, and/or makeup services. Individuals must portray a professional self-image and hold high product knowledge and skills.

We are looking for fitness and wellness professionals who are committed to exceptional experiences for our members and guests and promoting our spectacular amenities. Our 20,000 square foot fitness facility, spa & wellness center combines cutting edge technology; refreshing décor imbued with elements of nature, a sustainability focus, and alternative therapies to create an unrivaled experience unique to the downtown Cleveland market.

Requirements:

  • Being an outgoing, highly energetic positive person who demonstrates they care for people.

  • Hold a basic understanding of marketing and sales processes desired and the ability to set and achieve target goals.

  • Must hold strong customer service skills with an emphasis on providing timely, courteous, and compassionate approaches to dealing with customer and team relations.

    Work Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a residential setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.

  • Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects.

  • Strong collaboration skills – works well across functional areas—excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
