Robert Half IT Risk and Compliance Analyst in Bridgeton, Missouri

Description We are searching for a meticulous IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in BRIDGETON, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for performing testing of IT General Controls and IT Application Controls, assisting in the development of annual audit plans, and coordinating with external auditors. You will also be expected to prepare appropriate documentation including narratives, workflows, control matrices, and segregation of duties analysis. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) for compliance purposes

• Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan

• Perform assigned IT audits including change management, privileged access review, self-assessment, and data center audit

• Utilize technology, audit tools, and techniques when deemed cost-effective

• Coordinate with external auditors on IT-related matters and work with control owners to collect audit evidence

• Prepare appropriate documentation including but not limited to narratives, workflows, control matrices, segregation of duties analysis, self-assessments, and audit workpapers

• Review and assess SSAE 18 SOC Reports from third-party vendors and assist in the issuance of digital products SSAE 18 SOC Report

• Assist in evaluating, monitoring, and remediating deficiencies and audit findings

• Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Archer, CobiT, Confluence, and Data Mining Techniques

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and About Time software

• Previous experience in Auditing, Claim Administration, and Compliance

• Knowledge of Credit procedures and SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

• Ability to work in a manufacturing industry setting

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess IT risks and compliance issues

• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay risk assessments and compliance information to various stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field

• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be an advantage
