ATI Physical Therapy Sr. Manager - Sales Onboarding and Training in Virtual, United States

Overview

The Sr Mgr of Sales Onboarding and Training serves as the key liaison between ATI Business Development/Employer Solutions Sales teams new hires, their managers, and other partners to ensure success in their assigned job responsibilities. This position will design, implement and evaluate industry best-in-class onboarding and training programs that includes virtual and classroom training and an ability to present content tailored by role type, focus area and geography to attract top sales talent and decrease new hire transition time. Responsible to partner with the ATI Academy to ensure onboarding and training are best in class and aligned with ATI’s overarching principles. This role is also responsible for all team educational meetings and events as well as serving as the main liaison with Marketing to ensure effective marketing content for sales.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Project Management or other directly relevant experience required.

This is a remote position with occasional travel. ATI is a nationwide physical therapy company based in Bolingbrook, IL

Responsibilities

Onboarding:

• Establish and monitor onboarding program objectives, success metrics and milestones

• Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Directors to design and develop innovative onboarding training programs for ATI’s Business Development Teams using live dynamic and interactive content and technologies

• Ensure onboarding programs scalable and accessible for Business Development team members and in alignment with the broader ATI training programs

• Build and support pre-boarding and onboarding comms to provide a clear overview and expectations of Onboarding program to drive new hire engagement

• Capture feedback on Onboarding programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time

Training:

• Establish and monitor training program objectives, success metrics and milestones

• Partner with the ATI Academy to create innovative training programs to drive success for BDM’s and Employer solutions sales teams

• Collaborate with sales leadership and other internal teams to schedule, facilitate and assess educational meetings and events that drive team deliverables

• Partner with Sales Enablement to set up repeatable dashboards for constant visibility into leading and lagging indicators around sales results and create additional training as needed

• Assist in creating content and delivering education for cross-functional departments on Sales methods (i.e. Ops- GYB; future opportunity for AMT intake agents)

Additional Core Duties:

• Work with subject matter experts in marketing to craft effective flyers, messaging, calendars, content kits and other collateral

• Build a scalable coaching program to meet the needs of the business and own its evolution over time outlining roles, responsibilities and accountabilities between new hires, coaches, and sales leadership

• Provide administrative support to sales leadership in the areas of on-site meetings, national sales calls, ATI brand store, ATI print store, gas cards

• Collaborate directly with sales representatives thru meetings and field visits to understand the changing healthcare landscape and ensure training materials are addressing current conditions

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 6+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Project Management or other directly relevant experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Passion for sales, learning and demonstrating impact to the organization

• Metrics focused, with ability to measure impact of onboarding programs

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams

• Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources

• Results-oriented; able to accomplish both project and team goals
