Walmart Senior Product Manager in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build products that reimagine the way we empower and simplify the day to day lives of our customer, the associate! As a Product Manager on the Me@Walmart Team, you will be responsible for creating an experience that gives associates across Stores and Supply Chain the tools they need to do the right work, at the right time, from any location in the store or distribution center.

The product journey is designed to leverage technological excellence to drive customer satisfaction. Walmart's philosophy of Everyday Low Prices is not an easy one to achieve. Being cost-effective is critical, because it allows us to optimize all processes and verticals while striving for excellence. What You'll do.....

Data Driven Product Decisions

  • Conducts product/feature analytics independently or with minimal guidance

  • Monitors, collects, and structures data and evaluates result

  • Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of exploratory data analysis

  • Driving Customer/Client Needs

  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers

  • Identifies customer needs and analyzes customer experiences

  • Coaches team members to improve focus on the customer

Product Roadmap and Development

  • Develops and owns roadmaps across a complex product

  • Ensures and drives communication for stakeholders

  • Mentors team members on product roadmap and development

  • Manages roll out and scaling of complex products/features

Product Vision and Strategy

  • Owns a complex customer problem and/or product requirement/need

  • Identifies new areas for value creation

  • Articulates problem statements and defines success metrics

  • Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus

  • Communicates in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams

  • Influences team members and stakeholders with sound recommendations

  • Prepares clear, concise, and logically structured reports/materials

Technology Orientation

  • Drives business and user acceptance testing for complex products

  • Manages the adoption of new and emerging technologies

  • Understands complete systems architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used

In-Depth Domain Expertise

  • Demonstrates awareness of various principles, ways of working, and subdomain specific terminologies across multiple subdomains within a domain

  • Identifies areas of innovation across the subdomains, shares potential innovations with the leadership team, and drives initiatives

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs

  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
