Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of highly energetic young engineers, in terms of Quality, Delivery and Performance Management

• Effective people management skills right from Hiring to Performance, Competency and retention

• Responsible to manage the projects effectively, with Productivity, Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Working closely with SMEs and Technical Managers to deliver value to customers

• Managing the customer engagement, meeting rhythms, and relationship

• Compliance to Company policies and setting a good example to rest of the team

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, i.e Oil & Gas Industry with 10 to 12 years of working experience

• Excellent domain knowledge in Upstream operations (Reservoir Engineering, Wells, Geoscience etc.)

• Highly organised & must pay attention to details

• Must be able to coordinate the schedules and project details with all the involved stake-holders

• A strong leader with very good people management skills

• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Working in the Oil & Gas industry

• Excellent communication & presentation skills, with a strong capability in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts

• Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
